Added will increase with extra sponsors - check fb for updates *******NO PHONE OR TEXT ENTRIES TAKEN. ******* Pre entries books CLOSE, Thurs, May 12th, 2022, for the early draw. Draw posted on Friday, May 13th. Draw Outs with Vet/Doc release until Friday, May 13th, 2022 (fees only refunded, no office charges). Horse/rider changes until Saturday, May 14th @ noon with a $10 charge. **** Walk up entries can enter at fastenter.com, Venmo or CASH in person (exact change appreciated!) ALL Entries will CLOSE @ the last 25 runners. ABSOLUTELY NO DRAW OUTS WITH A REFUND AFTER JACKPOT STARTS @ 12:30pm. **** *****NO ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN AFTER THE BOOKS CLOSE. **** *Scholarship Side Pot - Added money keeps growing! $1,000 plus$$$$$ Must enter Open to carry over to side pot. Must be currently enrolled or enrolling for Summer or Fall 2022 @ College/University of your choice with a min of 12 hours. Current High School Seniors & currently enrolled college students are eligible. Must show proof of enrollment to recieve funds* **** Youth can enter Youth only or Carry Over your times from the Open. No running the same horse twice unless different riders. **** All EXHIBITIONS will be $5 cash at the gate. No pre exhibitions will be sold. Come early for guarenteed spots! **** ALL CHECKS WILL BE MAILED ON MONDAY, May 16th, 2022 or You can request Venmo or paypal payments by Sunday, May 17th or it will be mailed. Winners of Buckles or awards are responsible for making arrangements to receive awards if not present after the jackpot is over. **** We will be dragging every 5 runners. We will do a quick arena watering every 40 runners to ensure even ground for everyone. We will do short 15-20 min exibitions after #'s 40, 80, 120 & 160. We will continue to water after each 40 after that but no exb til the end. I appreciate everyones patience & contact me with any questions. You can bring lawn chairs to sit closer to the arena. *Please use notes section for any splits, buddies, or preferences. This will be a random draw but early entries get priority on preference. I will post time slots are for your convience to know what time you are running after the Draw is posted. I cannot take specific time slot designations. If you wish to run early, pre enter. If you need to be later in the day, walk up to enter on Saturday. PLEASE - if you are running multiple horses, think about pre entering so you are not running back to back in a late sections.
