Notes from Producer: Dogs must be on a leash at all times. If renting a stall, you need to bring your own shavings/bedding. All horses must be in rented stalls overnight (no portables or tying). Horses placed in stalls for which payment has not been made will be locked in until payment is received. To help keep costs down, please muck out your stall into the alleyway prior to departure. Daily haul-in?s are asked to rake up all horse manure into piles next to where they are parked. All RV camping sites have water and power; a limited number of RV spots are available with sewage service on a first-come/first-served basis. Dry camping sites have no services. Everyone who camps overnight must pay either the RV or dry camping fee. PacWest member receive a 50% discount on paperwork and late fees at all races. To join, download the membership form at pacwestbarrelracing.com. Saturday/Sunday dress code is long-sleeved shirt, western hat or helmet, riding boots. A horse can be entered in a race only once; no sharing. No scratches from the Futurity or Jockey Slot Race; substitutions are allowed for $35. PacWest will determine eligibility for a rerun and also determine where in the draw any granted rerun will occur. The $500-added Open Average Sidepot is based on Saturday and Sunday Open results. Open awards (including the saddles) will be presented only to those who have entered this sidepot. Exhibition runs are $5 each; pick up tickets from the office.
