Notes from Producer: Dogs must be on a leash at all times. If renting a stall, you may purchase shavings at the arena. All horses must be in rented stalls overnight (no portables or tying). Horses placed in stalls for which payment has not been made will be locked in until payment is received. Camping spots with electricity are available for $15/night; water is available to fill your tank but you may not remain connected to water. Dry camping fee is $10/night. Book your camping spot directly with the arena by going to www.oregonhorsecenter and clicking on ?Events.? PacWest member receive a 50% discount on paperwork and late fees at all races. To join, download the membership form at pacwestbarrelracing.com. Saturday/Sunday dress code is long-sleeved shirt, western hat or helmet, riding boots. A horse can be entered in a race only once; no sharing. No scratches from the Futurity; horse or rider substitutions are allowed for $35. PacWest will determine eligibility for a rerun and also determine where in the draw any granted rerun will occur. The $1000-added Open Average Sidepot is based on Saturday and Sunday Open results. Open awards (including the saddles) will be presented only to those who have entered this sidepot. With the exception of the Circle Y saddle, Youth Challenge awards (3 deep in each division) are based on average results from Saturday and Sunday Youth results. The saddle will be awarded by calculating a target value from Saturday and Sunday Youth results; the rider with two times closest to eachother will win. Exhibition runs are $5 each; pick up tickets from the office.
